Spoilers - 3x01

Shane S. Saunders is once again the man in the know. He has the scoop on what's happening in the first episode of Season 3. We don't want to spoil you too much, so we'll just tell you the title. It's titled What Doesn't Kill You.

Ominous but in a good way, no?

Go check out the rest of what Shane has to say here, and then hit his comments to tell him how awesome he is for sharing!

Season 3 - Some Spoilers

In their Ask Ausiello column, TVLine.com has a great tidbit of information about Season 3:

Question: Any upcoming news on Rizzoli & Isles? Love from the UK. — Clare
Ausiello: The 15-episode third season kicking off this summer promises to be a doozy. Not only is there a tenacious IAD officer trying to find a suspicious link between Jane and Paddy Doyle (aka Maura’s crooked father), but (perhaps not coincidentally) we’re gonna get to meet Maura’s bio-mom. Not only that, but Mom — Hope is her name — might recur.

Check the rest out here.

What do we think, ladies?

Hey, We Know That Song!

The finale for Season 2 brought us all a lot of heartache, tension, stress, and intense anticipation for what Season 3 will hold. Another thing Season 2's finale may be remembered for is the song playing in the background while things were going down.

Cowritten by our very own JTam (Janet Tamaro) and D. Gould, the song is titled "I'm Still Here". Performed by the very talented Fay Wolf (faywolfmusic.com), this single will be available around the start of Season 3.

We're wondering, which one of you is going to buy it?

Con Posters!

Things with RizzlesCon 2012 are moving right along! They've announced the winner for their poster contest, and we think the designs are outstanding.

From the site:
... we’d like to say a few words on why this individual’s work was chosen. We felt their work best exemplified the spirit of both the convention and the show through incredibly well executed original designs. Clever, clean, and attractive, their poster designs were exactly what we feel best represents this unique event.

All of that said, the winner ... is Annemarie Villas (@Aliasanna; Tumblr: http://aliasanna.tumblr.com/).

Find the rest here.

If you haven't bought your ticket, it's still not too late. Check it out and we hope to see you there!

How Craig Got Angie

TasteOfCountry.com recently did an interview with Craig Morgan where he explains how he and Angie wound up working together on his video for "This Ole Boy".

How did you get Angie Harmon for the ‘This Ole Boy’ video?

I called her.

Are you friends?

We are now, we weren’t then. We had a mutual friend, actually it was the guy who does my hair on a lot of stuff … was working with Angie doing her hair and makeup and what-have-you, and she was talking to him one day about the industry and talking about how she always wanted to be in a country video and she made the comment that she really like Craig Morgan’s music and he said ‘Really, I work with him.’

That happened about four or five weeks before we shot the video so it was big God thing I say.

The great part about her is she’s sexy, but she’s also believable in the video. She’s not some 22-year-old that you’re pretending to cuddle up with.

Oh no, she’s completely beautiful. And you’re right she is over the top sexy. Hot! But more more importantly I think it’s her personality that draws that. She wouldn’t have to be near as hot physically and she would still be extremely sexy. Her personality is just over the top, it just blew my mind.

...and The Gracie Goes to...

Rizzoli & Isles struck double. This year Angie Harmon and JTam who took home awards, and we're so very proud of the ladies for their win! Check out the list of this year's Gracie Award Winners here.

Note: We originally said Sasha Alexander and JTam won a Gracie last year. That is incorrect. Sasha won a WIN last year. Thank you for the correction, Anon.

NBC's "The Office" Gives a Nod to R&I

According to Grantland.com:

He’s a career paper salesman with a growing family, not a pranking hipster with an unwritten future and a fondness for the haddock chowder at the Spotted Pig. So it was refreshing for a change to see the actual cost of his conduct, including Darryl getting chewed out and poor Stanley being forced “sit through damn Rizzoli and damn Isles.” (read the rest here)
Well, first 30 Rock and now The Office. How fun is that?

Update: Sasha's Return to NCIS

According to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette:

After the press conference, Mr. Glasberg said Lauren Holly, who played NCIS director Jenny Shepard for several years, won’t be back but he wouldn’t answer a direct question about the possible return of actress Sasha Alexander, whose Caitlin Todd was gunned down at the end of the show’s second season. (IMDB.com suggests she provides her voice but she's not listed in credits CBS provides for the episode.)

“There are surprises to be had,” he said. “There are all kinds of tricks up our sleeve for this episode.” (Read the full article here)

Will she or won't she? It seems to us that she is sort of. What do you think?
